Recently, my brother and I took our Mom up north for a little family road trip.  We’ve never done anything like this as a family (minus Tim because he had to work) so we were all super excited!  It wasn’t a long trip, but we sure packed in a ton.

We started our trip in one of my favorite cities, San Francisco.

Next up, we made our way to Napa.  Since I’m allergic to wine (sad, I know) and my Mom doesn’t drink, my lucky brother got to taste some pretty amazing stuff at Artesa.

Next, we made our way through The Avenue of the Giants all the way up towards Mendocino.  We spent 2 nights in the area and just explored.  We were lucky because the weather was amazing.
